Abergeldie is an Australian owned contractor with over 30 years’ industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the West Region Delivery Team (WRDT). The West Region Delivery Team consortium comprises of Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure, Fulton Hogan, Programmed, Stantec and Atlas. The West Region Delivery Team are delivering design, construction, maintenance and facility management services for the next 10 years across Sydney Water’s wastewater, water and recycled water systems extending from Sydney's inner west suburbs out to the Blue Mountains including Sydney Growth Area and part of the North West Growth Centre.

**About the Opportunity**

We’re on the lookout for a talented and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of the WRDT program. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of Water Infrastructure projects across Western Sydney, including major treatment plants, pumping stations, chemical dosing facilities and a range of other water infrastructure projects.

Day to day you will, work closely with our Project Managers, to provide supervision and coordination of site personnel and subcontractors and drive successful project outcomes. Day to day you will;
- Manage project resources (labour, materials, and subcontractors) ensuring projects are delivered safety, on time and on budget.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and quality plans.
- Provide training and mentoring to develop leading hands and construction workers.
- Prepare daily programming of site activities.

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- You will be an experienced Electrical Supervisor with experience working on Water Infrastructure projects of similar size and complexity.
- You will have demonstrated experience in managing people; subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour.
- You will be a natural problem solver and someone who enjoys working on complex projects.
- Experience working on Sydney Water projects advantageous.
