Parramatta, Australia Ortho Co. Specialist Orthodontists Full time

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental/Orthodontic Assistant and Receptionist to join our dynamic team This is a **full or part time position** with compressed 10 hour shifts over 4 days.

This is a dual role split evenly between Dental Assisting and Reception duties.

The primary location for this position is Parramatta however you will be **required to travel to Canterbury approximately one day per week**.

**Dental Assisting Duties**:

- Assist the orthodontist during patient exams and procedures
- Prepare and sterilise orthodontic equipment and instruments
- Take patient records (ie photos and intra-oral scanning)
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and orthodontic care
- Provide excellent patient care and comfort

**Receptionist Duties**:

- Book appointments for new and existing patients
- Process payments
- Ability to multi task in a busy environment

**About you**:

- 1 year experience in a dental or orthodontic clinic is essential.
- Cert III in Dental Assisting or higher
- Familiarity with orthodontic procedures and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with our orthodontic team and interact effectively with patients.
- You need to be detail-oriented and show strong attention to detail

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
