**The Opportunity**

**Warehouse Loader (AM Shift)**
- Loading in to and out of stacks
- Use of electric Pallet Jack to move around stock into designated areas
- Use of high reach forklift
- Maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness in work area
- Ensuring all practices are to OHS standards
- Checking of connotes and freight attention to detail
- Manual Lifting/Labour where required
- Read drawings, Job cards and related documents specific to work details

**Milk Picker (PM Shift 12 Midday start time)**
- Picking of Milk orders as per the pick sheets
- Wrapping of palletised freight
- Ensure correct labelling is applied and checked for all Milk orders
- Assisting with loading trucks for delivery
- Move Freight / stock with pallet jacks initially
- Safely carry out manual tasks, including repetitive lifting
- Work effectively in a team and autonomously
- Hold good numerical and literacy ability - attention to detail
- Exceptional work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

**Inbound Freight Compliant Checker (6am and 12pm start times)**
- Being present for all unloads recording height of pallets and weights if applicable.
- Confirm quantities received to customer documentation
- Being diligent in identifying any damages, temperature checking and reporting accordingly
- Reconcile documentation and actual quantity then report to relevant team
- Ensuring the retrieval of consignment notes for all inbound freight is provided to the Receivals area in a timely manner
- Delivery of consignment notes to Data Entry to enable efficient and timely flow of information into Warehouse Management System
- Updating and maintain active knowledge of all daily scheduled runs for both metro and country
- Ensure that all manifests are finalized and printed in accordance with schedule cut-offs and available for processing at the designated Data Entry collection point.
- Accurately check staged freight against manifests including the identification of special instruction for outbound freight
- Liaising with appropriate area/individuals if any discrepancies found
- Ensure correct labelling and placement of stickers on pallets that have been checked.
- Conduct checks of all rooms to ensure no pallets/consignments have been overlooked/missed
- Correct completion of all paperwork for each consignment including manifest, consignment notes and load plans
- Completion of final checks to ensure that driver bag contains all correct paperwork and is placed in the trailer in the designated area
- Support Customer Service with information to assist with incident investigation
