**The Tradelink Opportunity**
As a Regional Manager for the Gold Coast region, you'll be the driving force behind a large team of Branch and Area Sales Managers, leading the charge to boost sales, margin, and profits. You'll report directly to the Head of Operations and make safety a top priority while fostering a customer-first culture. This is a strategic position with full P&L responsibility for your region, and it offers the chance to collaborate with leaders throughout Tradelink's national network. We're looking for a people-focused, results-driven leader who can inspire and empower their team to achieve greatness.

While plumbing or building products industry experience is preferred, what matters most is your passion for your work, dedication to your customers, and care for the people you work with.
You will need:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing a consistent strategy across sales, profitability, and safety in a complex and dynamic multi-site environment.
- Well-developed business acumen and operational experience at a senior level to enable data-driven decisions aligned to business strategy.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner strategically with customers, suppliers, senior leaders, and team members on the front line to drive business outcomes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to empower and build a strong and resilient team.
