**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and document marketing cloud configuration and operational processes
- Ability to support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud
- Design and appropriate use of data extensions
- Marketing cloud administrator supporting the business function
- Managing a SFCC and SFMC (Sales Force Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud); instance in a BAU capacity, covering operational support, continuous improvement, platform health and maintenance activities

**Qualifications and skills required**:

- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in managing a SFCC and SFMC (Sales Force Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud)
- Bachelor's or in a technical field - IT, computer science, engineering or related
- Experience of AmpScript, and ideally JavaScript/HTML/CSS
- Experience/Exposure to Salesforce CRM administration, specifically campaigns and how these are managed across the Marketing and CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
