You will develop your skills by working closely with the Salesforce CRM and Sales/Service Cloud platforms.

A recent review by a Salesforce partner on how the platform is being used has some recommendations you will be responsible for implementing.

You will be the Marketing Cloud SME and advise different stakeholders across the business on best practices and the most effective way to use the platform.

The organisation has structured L&D programs and career development, and many people in the business benefit from steady progression and promotion.

What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Experience supporting and administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge and experience with data extensions
- Knowledge of AmpScript, and ideally JavaScript/HTML/CSS
- An understanding of how external data sources integrate with Marketing Cloud.
- An understanding of data quality and data governance.
- Documentation skills.
