As the Centre Manager, you play a pivotal role in supporting the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You will be the face of the centre, building and maintaining strong relationships with the children, families and communities.

**As the Centre Manager at Aurora, you will**:

- ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre,
- attend to all office administrative tasks, weekly accounts and reports
- maintain a high quality level of compliance with policies and procedures as per the legislation and NQS, including Ratio Management
- manage all Workplace Health & Safety legislation and issues
- manage occupancy and conversion rates
- coordinate suppliers and subcontractors
- support, supervise and manage team members

**You'll need**:

- a minimum 3 years' experience in a Centre Manager / Director role in a long day care setting
- minimum qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or above
- proven experience in a similar compliance or people management role
- proven ability to lead, manage and support a team of Educators and staff
- current Working with Children Check
- current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- child Protection legislation & implications (approved Child Protection Training)
- competent in NQS, EYLF / VEDYLF practice principles
- intermediate computer skills and proficiency with CCMS / Word / Excel / Cloud-based apps
- current Police Check

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
