**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a** **Research and Project Officer** to be part of our PULSE Program, Workforce Safety Command team. The role is responsible for undertaking the analysis, evaluation and monitoring of NSWPF compensation systems, supporting business objectives to reduce claim costs and minimise the organisation compensation premiums for relevant schemes, reduce complexity and promote business efficiencies. The role drives projects using effective collaboration with stakeholders and ensures the delivery of high quality and innovative services and change programs.
