Our Blacktown Contact Centre manages inbound and outbound calls and is located in a purpose-built modern light filled building, close to public transport and with free onsite parking. The office space has been specifically designed to create a positive collaborative environment that enables team members to reach their potential, which includes a spacious employee breakout area with free drinks and snacks. The Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

**About the Position**

You will be responsible for managing the critical first contact with our patients through inbound and outbound calls. You will provide exceptional customer service while booking patients into our extensive range of imaging procedures, including advising patients of any preparation that is required before they arrive. This role requires a high level of accuracy while you navigate across systems to input all patient and referrer information, process billing and liaise with referring doctors and our technical team.

We make significant investment in your success by providing extensive initial and ongoing training and support to enable you to successfully deliver against your KPI's. You will be empowered to identify opportunities to improve our systems and processes and will play an integral role in further developing the positive culture in the Contact Centre. You will assist Team Leads in achieving the goal of driving efficiency and improving customer satisfaction.

**About You**

You must have a strong customer services background, ideally within a call/contact centre, with excellent interpersonal skills particularly with regards to compassion and empathy. You will thrive in a KPI driven environment and genuinely enjoy interacting with people over the phone. You need to be adaptable and have great attention to detail. You will be accustomed to entering complex data into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all circumstances. You will enjoy working as part of a cohesive team and as well as autonomously. You will be ambitious and thrive in an environment where you will be challenged.
