Seeking a young, vibrant and enthusiastic member to join our small team for 1 day a week in customer service and back of house operations. We are a funky self funded op shop who raises money to support families and those affected by Huntington's disease.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in retail is preferable and a passion for organising and sorting all sorts of treasures is desirable.
- They will need to be physically capable to meet the requirements of the job.

**Job Tasks**:
**CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- Greeting all customers and attending to their shopping needs and requests
- Cash Handling
- Keeping the shop clean and organised at all times
- Tagging clothes and general organising duties

**BACK OF HOUSE OPERATIONS**
- Sorting clothes and donations
- Taking out weekly rubbish and recycling
- Cleaning of donations and shelves, daily vacuuming, clothes washing, shoe cleaning.
- Hanging, tagging and taking out priced items into shop.
- Sorting and categorising books, dvds & cds
- Assisting counter staff with their needs.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $33.50 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible hours

Supplementary Pay:

- Christmas bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
Masks, gloves and hand sanitizer are readily available for all staff.
