Known for our natural, handcrafted arrangements and genuine service, we cater to local walk-ins, online orders, corporate clients, and event florals. About the Role

We’re looking for an **experienced florist** who feels at home in a fast-paced, creative retail environment. You’ll work across all areas of the business, from designing beautiful florals and assisting customers, to managing online orders and helping with shop operations.

This role is hands-on, varied, and perfect for someone who’s confident creating on the spot, thrives under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping customers feel seen and valued.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Confidently create bouquets and vase arrangements to order
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone with warmth and professionalism
- Manage and fulfil online orders through our website
- Complete local deliveries using our shop van (driver licence required)
- Care for flowers and maintain a clean, well-presented workspace
- Support with restocking and general retail operations
- Take initiative and contribute to a high-performing team
- Help meet sales goals and uphold excellent customer service standards

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a retail florist environment
- Full, unrestricted Australian driver licence
- Comfortable and confident driving a van for deliveries
- Excellent communication skills, in person, on the phone, and online
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and unsupervised when needed
- Fast and efficient in a busy shop environment
- Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative
- Eye for design and attention to detail
- Friendly, customer-focused, and a team player
- Coachable and open to learning and feedback
- Goal-driven with an interest in meeting KPIs through great service
