**About the Role**

This is a **Permanent Full-Time** position at 76 hours per fortnight within the Orthotic and Prosthetic Department.

You will be responsible for coordinating and leading the prosthetic team to deliver high quality prosthetic services, and provide clinical supervision and skill development of clinical and technical staff. You will facilitate the uptake and integration of digital processes into the prosthetic workstream and demonstrate initiative and a can-do attitude, be excited about maximizing the possibilities of the prosthetic service and have strong lateral thinking and problem-solving skills. You will also manage a small orthotic caseload commensurate with experience.

**What You’ll Achieve**
- Deliver consistently excellent evidence-based prosthetic care comprising of interim and definitive interventions for children and young adults with lower and upper limb deficiencies or differences
- Manage a complex and varied prosthetic clinical caseload
- Lead the ongoing development, review and maintenance of administrative processes and improved communication mechanisms, including for NDIS service provision

Classification for this position will range from CP10-CP13, Grade 3 Year 1 to Grade 3 Year 4 (FTE base salary $100,089 to $114,358 per annum, plus superannuation).

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Master of Clinical Prosthetics & Orthotics or Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics or equivalent
- Membership or evidence of eligibility for membership to AOPA
- Clinical experience in the management of transfemoral, knee and ankle disarticulation amputees
- Experience in leading a team through challenges, and developing their capacity and autonomy
- **Ability to analyse issues from all perspectives and make sound conclusions from the available information, with ability to identify and propose workable and sustainable solutions**
