**Join The Gather Team as a Front of House Supervisor**

Location - Gather Restaurant - Springwood Sports club

**Job Type**: Full - time

**Position overview**:As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. You will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service, create memorable guest experiences, and uphold the high standards of Gather Restaurant.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team.

**Guest Experience**:Ensure that guests receive fantastic service and have a memorable dining experience. Address guests concerns quickly and professionally.

**Training and development**:Train new staff members and pursue ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills of the front -of-house team.

**Quality Control**:Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service throughout the restaurant.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with kitchen and club staff to ensure seamless communication and service.

**Stock management**:Keep track of stock, supplies and place orders accordingly.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Knowledge of food operations
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
