**The opportunity**:
Delaware North Australia is seeking a full time **Cafe Manager** for our Coffee Quarter venue at **Perth Airport** We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, with a positive attitude and a drive to create unforgettable experiences.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage and develop a dynamic team, drive financial performance, and exceed guest expectations. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our venue’s success, with your contributions recognised and valued.

**What will you do?**:

- Manage the daily operations of the venue and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
- Achieve financial targets through effective budget management and cost monitoring
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports to support operational decision-making
- Lead recruitment efforts and train, mentor and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Create and manage staff rosters, ensuring efficient labour coverage while maintaining team wellbeing
- Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner
- Drive guest satisfaction and build strong, lasting customer relationships
- Ensure adherence to OH&S, Responsible Service of Alcohol and food hygiene standards

**More about you**:

- Cafe management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Approved Managers Card
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- Passion for the hospitality industry with a guest-focused, energetic and self-motivated approach
- Strong people leadership skills
- Experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing teams
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
