Tumbles Playhouse is a popular indoor play centre, café, and party venue based in Williamstown. We're known across Melbourne’s inner west for our sparkling clean play environment, wholesome café menu, and outstanding children’s parties.

**About the Role**:
We’re on the lookout for reliable, energetic, and friendly **Junior Party Hosts** to join our weekend team. This role is perfect for high school students with some experience in hospitality or customer service, who enjoy working with kids and in fast-paced environments.

**Please Note: You must live in Williamstown or within a 5-minute drive to apply.**

**Key Responsibilities (in order)**:

- Read and follow party confirmation sheets (e.g., guest numbers, food choices, dietary requirements)
- Set up and prepare party rooms before each event
- Serve food (prepared by the kitchen) to each child individually
- Cut and serve birthday cake to children
- Communicate with parents and handle requests professionally
- Assist in the café during downtime (e.g., clearing tables, washing dishes, general cleaning)
- Clean and reset party rooms after the party (e.g., empty bins, sweep and mop if needed)

**Requirements**:
Must live in **Williamstown or within 5 minutes’ drive**
Must have **some experience in hospitality or customer service**
Available to work **weekends** (Saturday and Sunday availability is essential)
Friendly, confident, and professional when interacting with children and adults
Able to follow instructions, stay organised, and work as part of a team
Flexible and willing to assist in various areas of the business

**Start Date**:
Immediate start available.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
