We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our team on a **Fixed Term Contract with the view for Permanency**. This is an exciting opportunity to work on an Australian Defence project maintaining critical defence assets.

**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator as part of our dynamic project team in Adelaide.
- Data entry and maintain project tracking report
- Timesheet preparation, review and processing in payroll system
- Assist with site inductions for new arrivals and visitors
- Coordinate site based administration processes
- Data entry of purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices.
- Coordinate training and maintain training register in HRIS
- Processing and maintaining site security passes
- Coordinate accommodation for project personnel
- Maintaining site personnel records and files

**Skills and Experience**
- A minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated experience
- Reliable, excellent time-keeping and strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly developed data entry
- High attention to detail
- Strong oral communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
