Lead data centre technician required for Melbourne's western suburbs. $130-$160k salary package.

Hays have partnered up with a new client who is seeking a leading hand data centre technician to join their growing team.

Our client is currently looking for an A Grade Electrician on a permanent basis to join the team where they will be reporting to the Critical Facilities Manager. The role of the Shift Lead Technician will have 4 days on, 4 days off, at 12-hour shifts. Working shifts are from (6am - 6pm) and (6pm - 6am).

**Your new role**
- Carrying out routine planned preventative maintenance tasks
- Monitoring BMS for running and alarm conditions
- Investigate faults, identify causes, and effect remedies
- Establish and develop trusting, meaningful relationships with Facilities Managers, staff and representatives.
- Supervise and co-ordinate technicians on site

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Victorian A Grade Electrical License
- Data centre and/or critical environments experience
- Valid OH&S cards
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience of CMMS and BMS systems
