Key responsibilities:

- Your key role will be to analyse business data, create visualizations, and develop reports to help drive strategic decision-making
- You must have the ability to story tell and make sense of the data
- You must be a self starter and be able to work independently
- They like people who are hungry for growth and hungry to learn as there is a lot of growth potential in the business
- You must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- If you have prior experience working in Financial Services, that is beneficial not essential
- You will need to have a strong SQL background - complex queries, window functions, indexes, tables, joins and calculated columns etc
- Working with Power BI - measures, dimensions, DAX formulas
- The data team provide reports to the entire business and external stakeholders so strong communication skills are essential
- You will work with technical and non-technical stakeholders such as Finance, Sales, Marketing and HR
