We expect you to tick most of these boxes:

- A bachelor degree (or close to completion)
- Corporate work experience ideally from either a corporate administrative, recruitment or HR background
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills with strong attention to details

**The position**
You will be working alongside 2 senior HR and Executive Search/Recruitment Consultants with our 360 search and recruitment processes. This is not a sales role.

The position includes but is not limited to:

- Supporting 2 Senior/Executive Search Recruiters with talent/market mapping to engage with top talent regarding possible career opportunities
- Participating in the full sourcing and recruitment process
- Talent/market mapping
- Working autonomously on a variety of assignments
- Creating behavioural profiles of vacancies
- Approaching potential talent regarding career moves
- Writing and posting ads on job boards and social media
- Behavioural and psychrometric applicant profiling
- Attending client interviews
- Assisting with onboarding
- Post placement management
- Supporting client's with general HR related matters

At 11, we have our own recruitment software which operates in conjunction with state of the art marketing and communication software systems. They enable us to identify talent, whilst being able to shortlist to our clients quickly and efficiently.

We are an inbound retained recruitment company and our consultants do not make outbound sales calls.
