We specialise in labour hire, temporary and permanent Recruitment and Human Resource services across a multitude of sectors, in conjunction with our sister-brand S&you Australia.

What we want is to find the individual who lives by the same values and is keen to build their career with Synaco. As a Recruitment Resourcer, a strong background in administration and customer service are ideal starting points, if you have not worked in the industry before.

Your success in the role will come from your ability to engage with people from different professional and personal backgrounds. The goal posts will change often, which means versatility and resilience are key traits to have. Our West Perth team deal heavily in blue collar roles across trades, industrial, construction and mining sectors.

The Resourcer will be responsible for the following areas:

- Advertising;
- Resume screening and shortlisting;
- Telephone, video or face to face interviews;
- Reference checking;
- Data entry and database management; and
- Providing any additional support required by the Recruitment Consultants.

This is a very interactive role that will require a positive and proactive attitude, strong communication skills and urgency in your delivery.

As well as your Team Managers in WA, Synaco also provides you with direct access to our Senior Leadership Team at any time - something not often available in corporate settings - because our goal is to be consultative and in tune with the needs of our people.

Joining us will also give you a clear pathway to develop your skills-set over time in a transparent and feedback-driven setting. Training is provided in-house, with opportunities to be provided with external training available if and when necessary.

This is a full-time, permanent position with remuneration including base salary plus superannuation, phone allowance and performance-based incentive.
