We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Team (SHEQ).

Previous experience within a recruitment environment or similar industry is desirable, although not essential.

This role is designed to offer the suitable employee the opportunity to build a career in recruitment industry by developing and honing your skills from the grass roots. By understanding ChoiceOne’s approach to recruitment and with hands on training you will ultimately manage the end-to-end recruitment process as a recruiter.

The scope of the role
- Prepare, write and place advertisements on various job boards and social media outlets to attract talent
- Advertising vacancies, screening resumes, short listing
- Scheduling and facilitating interviews, both in person and over the phone
- Reference checks
- Ensuring ChoiceOne database is constantly maintained
- Build rapport and develop professional relationships with internal and external stake holders

You must have:

- Ability to multitask and attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a positive, can-do attitude & be highly motivated
- Have excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise a large workload
