**In this role, you'll**:
Your role involves developing and implementing change management practices to minimize disruptions and maintain operations across the Transport cluster, ensuring that services are improved to meet customer requirements.

Coordinate communication with stakeholders, project teams, and customers regarding changes.

Provide assurance over change requests and establish the Change Advisory Board within Corporate IT, ensuring it ongoing effectiveness.

**About you**
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a/in the role of a Change Manager in an ITIL focussed and large, complex organisation.
- Experience in controlling forums with a large number of participants.
- Organisation and Coordination is a big part of this role - be sure you can demonstrate your ability to prioritise, control and complete actions & tasks in a time critical environment.
- Proven experience with the ServiceNow tool.
- Strong problem-solving skills adaptable to various situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong desire to work within a diverse team of professionals.
- Experience in collaborative working with integrated suppliers (internal and external)
- An aptitude for imparting your experience and ways of working to others
