In this role, you'll:
Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery by the PMO team, ensuring business requirements are met.
Proactively engage with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimisation in ongoing initiatives.
Communicate project progress and deliverables effectively, ensuring stakeholders are informed and can provide feedback.
Develop strategies during implementation to minimise disruption and support smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Manage competing priorities and expectations across the business and PMO team.
This role is a Fixed-term opportunity till 25/12/25, with a hybrid work model based at Macquarie office.

About you
•Experienced in change management, supporting large-scale business transformation projects using sound principles and practices.
•Successful in planning and delivering change initiatives within complex stakeholder environments.
•Skilled at collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
•Strong influencer with excellent relationship management abilities.
•Exceptional communicator with proven facilitation and coaching skills.
