**Role Summary**
- Join a fantastic team, use your excellent customer relationships mgt. Vehicle/transport industry experience preferable. Wingfield based.**Responsibilities**:
**What you will do**
Based in Wingfield and as part of the Aftersales Development Team, you will be ensuring the customer’s needs and expectations are met throughout their Scania experience whilst scheduling their service.
This will be achieved by:
- Working closely with the Service Team to ensure effective delivery of customer service
- Delivering exceptional customer communication - external and internal
- Managing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation
- Creating work orders, job lines and allocating work to the workshop for planning of activity
- The role will be a permanent 9.54am - 6pm Mon -Fri and minimum one Saturday morning per month 8am-12noon

**Who you are**
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes along with the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
- Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
- Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
- Effective problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Mechanical or workshop aptitude preferred
