**Top Cut Foods** is one of Australia’s leading meat suppliers, with several locations across Australia & Asia. We supply a wide variety of protein products to large hotel chains, well-renowned restaurants and sporting stadiums. A full-time position has now become available for an exceptional Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team, located at our **Wingfield** site. **_This role is part-time and we are offering the hours of 9am - 2pm Monday to Friday._**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Inputting data and generating picking slips
- Cross checking of invoices
- Invoicing of completed orders
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Liaise with drivers regarding delivery times
- General office duties

**The successful applicant will have**:

- A strong background in the food service area with meat industry experience considered an advantage
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Strong computer and administration skills.
- Strong attention to detail
