**About the role**:
This is a 6 month, fixed-term, full time, hybrid working position which can be located anywhere nationwide.
**How will I help?**
Key accountabilities of this role include:
- Work in close partnership with the Claims Processing and Admin Services extended leadership team to facilitate interrogation of current state reporting outputs, with the capability to identify and remediate known operational discrepancies
- Continuous improvement of how these reports are fed into from existing technologies and data structures, spanning Claims Processing and Admin Services, and other relevant business areas within the remit of CBO
- Facilitate the delivery of reporting designed to support business leaders with channel operations and ensure ongoing sustainability of the reporting framework
- Work with the Data Ops and Data Science Leads to integrate automation across relevant metrics into reporting that assist in decision making
- Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure optimal utilisation of available resources and impending technologies - ensure our requirements are proactively addressed and onboarded as we transition to newer data architectures
- Other data provision, reporting facilitation or data analysis work as required for stakeholders
- Overlaying business and process understanding across contact centre operations or customer facing environment
- Strategic problem-solving, be curious, find opportunities and implement of new ideas
**What do I need?**
- Business relevant qualification (eg. Data, finance, engineering, science, management etc)
- Advanced experience in SAS, and familiarity with Microsoft Azure preferred
- Ability to establish good relationships to people of all levels, with an ability to proactively engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisational structure
