**Overview**:
Switch Box, a dynamic and innovative family-owned switchboard company, is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the frontline of our customer service efforts, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer calls, resolving inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our valued clients. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage Inbound Customer Calls: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing accurate and timely solutions.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Handle Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Promote Company Values: Uphold Switch Box's commitment to exceptional customer service, integrity, and professionalism in every interaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
