**THE ROLE**
Our Direct Sales & Service team are looking for an individual who has strong customer service skills. Our mission is to help customers achieve their backyard dreams

Our team commits to creating the best experience for our customers before, during and after purchasing our products

No two days are the same You will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether it be helping to buy their dream product, or help with getting it all set up for a special day Our job is to ensure we are offering exceptional customer service through all channels.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage inbound and outbound sales & customer service enquiries.
- Identify opportunities to add value to every customer's experience.
- Achieving and exceeding KPI targets with a focus on call quality and customer experience.
- Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to returns, warranty claims, troubleshooting and other after-sales enquiries.
- Always uphold Vuly’s core values and mission.

- Prior contact centre experience is highly desirable but not essential - retail & customer service experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong work ethic and the willingness to go the extra mile for each customer.
- An ability to work with customers both over the phone and face to face.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week

- Wakerley, QLD 4154: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Australian driver's licence (preferred)
