**The Role**

Belgravia Leisure launched our very own customer care contact centres in VIC. with flexibility. We know we are in the “Era of the Customer” and recognise that customer experience has evolved significantly. Customers are smarter, better informed with more options, and more critical about the experience they receive, expecting it to be right the first time, every time. This is a great opportunity to meet and exceed customer expectations, winning over new customers and increasing customer loyalty.

We are looking for passionate **contact centre consultant** who are prepared to put the customer at the centre of everything they do by delivering exceptional service, promoting our brand and services to potential and existing customers. We are looking for** part-time and full-time **representatives who have flexible availability to work weekdays and weekends. **Minimum 20 hours per week**. You will be paid according to the Fitness Industry Award at the following: Monday - Friday: $21.92 & Saturday: $27.40

- Provide excellent customer service, by responding to customers’ needs or concerns and ensure the quality of service meets agreed customer service standards
- Engaging with customers and promoting our services
- Develop positive relationships with customers to provide the best customer experience

Essential qualifications
- Level 2 First Aid
- Current CPR
- Working with Children's Check (Employee status)
- National Police check upon on-boarding

**About the Site**

The aquatic and recreation centre will include a number of facilities that will benefit many of the local community including 50m heated outdoor pool, 25m indoor lap pool, learn to swim pool, warm water program pool, spa, steam and sauna, as well as an indoor water playground for young children.

There will also be multi-purpose rooms for health and fitness classes, gym, wellness centre, café, family change rooms, all with a high level of regard to disability access. Thus, ensuring that Belgravia Leisure continues its purpose and mission of “**connecting community to leisure**” and in turn providing every member of the community the opportunity to take advantage of this incredible facility.
