**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Coach the team on Agile principles and practices to grow the Agile methodology.
- Responsible for Agile processes and improvement within the teams you are working with.
- Help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
- Help find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
- Prioritise the removal of impediments and coach the team to resolve them.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders within the team.
- Maintain the focus on outcomes and lead a continuous improvement culture.
- Assist in developing, planning and delivering a portfolio of work for the team.
- Ensure the team remains focused on priorities and aligned to strategy and roadmaps.
- Maintaining burnup/burndown charts for assigned scrum teams.
- Ensuring jira, confluence and other repositories are updated with the right level of documentation.
- Status Reporting

**Requirements**:

- Fluent or native Mandarin speaker.
- 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master / Agile Coach role (Scrum Master certification preferable).
- Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing.
- Outstanding facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong knowledge of relevant industry products and services.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship skills.
- Proven delivery track record.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT and/or Business.
- Experience using Agile delivery tool sets e.g. JIRA or similar.
