Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coach team members to increase their skills and confidence
- Continuous improvement of the Configuration Control System and associated processes
- Ensure the Projects Baselines are maintained and controlled
- Responsible for ensuring that project documentation matches the products produced
- Preparation and delivery of project reporting to the customer at project management reviews
- Development, integration and maintenance of the CM Tools

Required Skills & Experiences
- 5+ years Configuration Management experience within a Defence related contract
- Proven Leadership Skills/ Personnel Management
- Demonstrated experience of working in ASDEFCON Projects involving engineering design
- Experience within a System Program Office or on a Major Acquisition project
- Familiarity with configuration management tools
- Must hold a current Australian Security Clearance
