**Cape Byron Distillery is looking for a new team member to join our Cellar Door Crew**

We are a leading Australian Independent and family-owned distillery producing our range of Brookie’s Gin products. Our company is ingrained in our local community and continuously seeks to positively impact our environment.

This is a special role for someone who shares our values, our passions, loves our gin, knows their way around cocktails, understands what motivates us, and wants to be a part of a growing team. We have a passion for excellence, sustainability, and giving back to our community.

**The role will include**:

- Telling the Cape Byron Distillery story
- Hosting tours and educating guests about the art of distillation and Australian native botanicals used in our gin
- Preparing and serving mixed drinks and cocktails
- Opening and closing of the cellar door
- Complying with liquor license regulations and COVID restrictions
- Adhere to the Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation
- Manage stock, day to day transactions and float counts accurately

**Our new team member will**:

- Hold a current NSW RSA
- Have strong communication and public speaking skills
- Have knowledge about distilled spirits, including gin and single malt whisky
- Be an Australian citizen or have a valid working visa
- Have a driver’s license

**Extra bonuses are**:
