**The Role**

We’re seeking a **Lead Packaging Team Member** to manage the final step of our production - getting our chips packed, sealed, and ready for shelves across Australia. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, precision, and supporting a small team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading daily packaging operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operating and maintaining packing machinery.
- Training and guiding team members in packaging standards.
- Ensuring clear labelling, compliance, and consistent product presentation.
- Monitoring stock levels for packaging materials and reporting needs.

**You’ll Bring**
- Previous experience in food production or FMCG packaging highly regarded.
- Ability to stay organised under pressure and manage a team effectively.
- Strong eye for detail and quality assurance.
- Fit, capable, and safety-conscious with a can-do attitude.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.95 - $42.16 per hour
