**About the role at Automic Group**

As a Customer Success Associate, you will join our dynamic and experienced Fund Registry team, sharing in our success as we re-define the registry experience and create a truly unique and enviable customer success experience.

In this role, you will act as an extended arm of the Fund Registry team, continually looking to understand our clients' evolving needs and developing a comprehensive service solution to meet these needs. In your relationships with Automic’s Customer Success Managers, you will be a valuable source of support offering administrative assistance, client meeting preparation and management reporting. You will actively continue to develop your expertise across all of these areas, staying ahead of industry developments.

You will be involved in supporting buisiness development, assisting to further grow Automic’s client base. Additionally, you will support the implementation of client transitions and services. This will require project management, as well as collaboration and coordination with the Customer Success Managers to deliver service excellence. You will work closely with the Investor Services and Corporate Actions teams to ensure that you are well versed with clients’ activity and that exceptional service is delivered to our clients at all times.

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.
