**About the Role**
Join the fast-paced Construction Readiness team today As the Construction Readiness Coordinator, your primary objective is to determine the readiness of construction work packages for execution within our Eastern Queensland fields and issue them to the relevant contractor/stakeholder.
You will be the focal point of contact, actively engaging with all relevant stakeholders on safety, environmental, cultural heritage, land access and third-party permit matters, ensuring the field construction teams are set up for success.
You will manage the Construction Phase and scope of works development for execution planning in collaboration with Project Engineers, Planners, Civil Supervisors and other relevant stakeholders.
**Accountabilities for this position are**:
- Coordinate Cultural Heritage First Disturbance Monitoring.
- Oversee Ad hoc contract deliverable requirements.
- Prepare, collate and issue Construction Award Notification (CAN) to contractors via Aconex.
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships within your own team, with contractors and other Santos stakeholders.
- Actively participate and promote healthy team culture.
- Recognise driving as the high-risk activity it is and always driving to conditions (as measured by IVMS index).
- Promptly report or escalate all safety, environmental, cultural heritage and land access matters, incidents or near misses in accordance with DevEx’s escalation procedure.
- Actively participate and promote healthy team culture.
- Proactively minimise the risk of construction or well online schedule delays.
- Challenge & continuously improve standard practices and work methods.
- Responsible for compliance Quality Assurance for planned ground disturbance execution.
- Compliance with the Santos Delegation of Authority (DOA).
- Compliance with the Santos Corporate Governance and Safety requirements.
