**The role**

We have an opportunity for a Associate Product Manager
- Travel to join the team. This role is responsible for the ongoing management, product & proposition development, product delivery & implementation, contribution to market share growth and profitability of Medibank and ahm's Travel Insurance portfolio.

Our employees are empowered to decide if their day is best spent working from home or the office. We don’t go for mandated office attendance here at Medibank, but we will need you to come along to team days and events when they’re on

**Your impact**

You will impact in this role by:

- Supporting the growth and commercial strategy development for the travel portfolios to support Medibank’s overall business objectives and strategic pillars
- Developing and delivering upon growth targets for the business including new joins, retention, member penetration and financial metrics.
- Working with the Product Manager - Travel to create business cases for new product launches or enhancements to existing offerings, focusing on customer value and profitability.
- Identifying growth opportunities through market research, customer insights and competitive analysis. Supporting growth of PHI member adoption and PHI retention through adoption of relevant Financial Products

**About you**

You have over 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the Insurance or Travel industries. Your ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and meaningfully to a wide range of audiences sets you apart, coupled with your ability to prepare business cases and position products effectively. You excel at managing service providers and internal suppliers, while also juggling multiple activities and making priority calls. With strong analytical skills, you provide valuable insights through reporting and possess solid business and financial acumen to drive success in your role.
