**Junior Sales Associate**

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Associate to join our team. As a Junior Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to start a career in sales and is looking to grow with a forward-thinking company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior sales staff with customer interactions, including answering inquiries and providing product information.
- Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining sales records, and preparing sales reports.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends.
- Help manage and update the customer database.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience in aged care is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.87 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
