Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this is a great opportunity to make your mark and set yourself up for further development in our supportive, fun and customer focused environment.

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent communication skills - we have a wide range of guests / customers and you must be able to adapt
- A passion for customer service and delivering a great experience to your guest
- A strong bar background
- Current NSW RSA
- Able and willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays - Thursday - Saturday is a must
