**Responsibilities**:

- The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for the following:_
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Investigate and determine clients' wants and needs.
- Plan and implement digital strategies for clients.
- Coordinate the optimization of web content to improve SEO, ensuring alignment with overall campaign goals and deadlines.
- Present and train social media strategies to clients.
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting within budget constraints.
- Recommend, design, and implement digital projects to increase their ROI.
- Ensure client KPI targets are met.
- Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
- Prepare and present reports on their progress
- Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology
- Maintaining and nurturing business relationships with clients.
- Develop strong client relationships with senior stakeholders while maintaining a presence with day-to-day client teams.

Skills Required:

- Successful applicants must have:_
- _Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or similar relevant field_
- _At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role_
- _Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Programs_
- _Proficient with SEO/SEM and CRM Software_
- _Proficiency in Advertising and Marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads Manager, HubSpot, Wildjar, etc._
- _Experienced in Website Builders and Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, etc. _
- _Knowledge of Web Analytics and Data Tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Data Studio_
- _In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology_
- _Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms_
- _Critical thinker and problem-solving skills._
- _Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills_
- _Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment_
