Job Description

**About the Role**

As Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for guiding your team through the end-to-end operations of the inbound team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient processes, meeting performance targets, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture in line with CEA’s **RIPPA** values.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
- Define team roles, set clear objectives, and drive performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Identify and report training gaps and assist in upskilling initiatives
- Proactively address safety concerns, incidents, and near-misses
- Collaborate across departments (e.g., Dispatch, Inventory) to ensure smooth operations
- Chair weekly toolbox meetings and maintain strong team communication
- Provide weekly reports on department performance to the Warehouse Manager
- Resolve team issues with coaching and mentoring
- Champion a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory control
- A proactive, safety-first mindset with a high attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure and lead by example
- Current and valid forklift licence
