**About the Role and Who we are Looking for**
Are you a dynamic and organised individual with a passion for real estate?

We're seeking a friendly and proactive receptionist to join a bustling office in St Kilda. As the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

From answering calls and managing inquiries to greeting visitors and assisting with administrative tasks, you'll be at the heart of the office's success.

A Cert 4 in Real Estate Practice/Agents Rep certificate is required for this position.

**About You**
We are looking for a superstar who has:

- Exceptional customer service focus with the ability to multitask
- Holds Cert 4 in Real Estate /Agents Rep
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Motivated and strong initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
