The Role
An exciting opportunity to be apart of a change-making team in the industry. We have generated a team of Property Officers nationally to drive best practice in how we service our owners and tenants.
We are searching for an outstanding customer service agent who is highly self-motivated and ready to learn. This role is offering a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-supported position managing a neat portfolio of just 100-110 properties and supporting the office manager.
This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to learn the ins and outs of the New South Wales property market through first-hand experience. Or for a property specialist looking to return to market and utilise their knowledge to streamline our property management services.

- Take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of 100-110 properties ,the perfect size to make an impact.
- Assist the Office Manager with various team property management tasks, when required, creating a valuable opportunity to learn and grow quickly in the role
- Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords by responding promptly and professionally to their inquiries, fostering trust and a positive experience
- Keep tenants and landlords updated on key property matters.
- Ensure legal compliance and prepare property reports.
