**What is this role all about?**

You will be responsible for the operation of our SINGLETON location which operates both Hertz & Thrifty brands.

In this role you will:

- Create a positive customer experience
- Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately
- Provide accurate information
- Sell Hertz & Thrifty rental options to our valued customers
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction by resolving issues
- Administration duties
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Clean and transport vehicles
- Be able to solely operate the location, ensuring all vehicles are presented to a high standard and in roadworthy condition.

**What do we need from you?**

This position is a dual role and requires you to multitask duties which vary from processing rentals & returns, providing excellent customer service, answering phone enquiries to washing and transporting vehicles. To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Ability to travel to Sydney and/or Maitland for training.
- Be able to work at other Hunter locations on occasion.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer and keyboard skills are essential
- Flexibility of working hours across 6 days Mon to Sat.
- You must hold a current NSW driver's license
- ability to clean and transport vehicle
- Consent to a National Police check at our cost

**Experience in Rental Car Industry would be an advantage.**

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:
