Family-owned business Young Academics is a dynamic and rapidly growing Early Learning Provider, with over 40+ centres across New South Wales. Our team is driven by innovation, excellence, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our families, children, and community. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Enrolments Officer to join our team.

**About the role**:
As a Childcare Enrolments Officer, your role involves ensuring a smooth and positive enrolment experience for parents and guardians.

**This is a 12-month Maternity Leave Cover, located at our Head Office in Homebush West.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing pre-enrolment and enrolment procedures at Young Academics locations.
- Handling both incoming and outgoing calls.
- Managing wait lists for multiple locations
- Facilitating an efficient enrolment process.
- Build positive relationships with potential families to promote Young Academics Early Learning Centres.
- Providing communication and administrative support to Centre Managers.
- Coordinating the entire enrolment process from initial enquiry through to enrolment and beyond.
- Offering assistance to currently enrolled families regarding their accounts, invoices, CCS queries, and changes to enrolment.

**About You**:

- Extensive industry expertise and understanding of CCS processes to assist families effectively.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- High-level organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in building rapport over the phone.
- Ability to meet deadlines and KPIs.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Demonstrated experience in managing customer files and databases, specifically OWNA or similar operating systems.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A background in Childcare leadership.
