Product Development Assistant

The Role **This is an initial 10 month contract with a view to go permanent** Kep Responsibilities Sample Tracking: - Track all sample from development to shipment samples - Sending weekly sample updates to suppliers and updating relevant pod. Sample Management: - Pulling samples for relevant meetings, and ensuring they are well presented - Tracking samples within the business for lending/return - Filing and archiving of all samples - Responsible for sample management document and keeping it up to date with the status of each style - Maintain and update sample tracker, tracking sample status with suppliers for on time handover Administration: - Creation and maintenance of style numbers in PLM system.
