**Part Time and Casual Home Care Worker positions - available now Real work/life balance.** **What we offer**: - Great hourly rate - Kilometer allowance - Smartphone provided for work use - Training and opportunities for advancement - Friendly and supportive team **The Role**: Working from your home base in your local area, you will have a **Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification **and genuinely enjoy supporting older people to remain living in their own home in your local community. As you will be mobile in the community you must be comfortable working alone, visiting clients homes and providing services such as domestic assistance, personal care, social support and shopping. You will have access to your own registered and comprehensively insured car and be willing to transport our clients safety in your car. You will be well-supported in your role by our Coordinators and Registered Nurses and will receive training and the items you need to perform your role. **To be successful you will have**: - Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent - Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain) - National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) - Open Australian Drivers Licence - Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19 - Current Flu Vaccination - A caring and compassionate nature - you genuinely enjoy looking after and helping the elderly - "Can do" attitude with good communication skills - Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance - An ability to speak another language is highly regarded **The Organisation**: All Aged Care is a quality established provider of in-home aged care services (CHSP/Home Care Packages) in SE QLD.
