Job Description:
We are seeking warm, caring, empathetic Caregivers to provide in-home care services and Disability care services across a 7 day roster travelling to client homes within the Brisbane South and Logan region. You will play an integral part in delivering responsive and client focused services to older people and their families in their homes. You will provide quality care that enhances and promotes the quality of life for individuals, ensuring that the care provided is current best practice.

- Have excellent communication and time management skills
- Be self-motivated, have a positive work ethic and be client-focused whilst working independently in clients’ homes
- Display a _can do _attitude, be consistently reliable, honest at all times, adhere to safe work practices and understand and work within professional boundaries.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Our services are tailored to suit the needs of our clients and may include the following:

- Personal Care
- Companion Care
- Domestic Assistance
- In-Home Respite
- Transportation
- Meal Preparation
- Dementia Care
- Social Support, including Shopping Assist and Outings

You’ll need:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care or Disabilities,
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR certificate,
- QLD driver’s license
- A roadworthy registered vehicle with full comprehensive car insurance
- Worker Clearance screening ( yellow card)
- Current Police Check
- Right to work in Australia
