As a Cleaner at Northside Specialised Cleaning, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in homes, offices, and other commercial properties. You will work independently after completing a comprehensive training program, ensuring that client expectations are not only met but exceeded. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing across various residential and commercial properties.
- Maintain client schedules and meet specific cleaning requirements for each location.
- Conduct post-cleaning quality checks to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure cleaning materials and equipment are used properly.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure that all tasks are completed within set timeframes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Must have access to a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings and afternoons, depending on client needs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards in all cleaning duties.
- Ability to work independently after training, while also contributing positively to a team environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in cleaning is advantageous but not required as full training will be provided.
