We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable residential cleaners who are passionate about delivering exceptional cleaning services. As a Residential Cleaner at PHD Cleaning, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in our clients' homes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Ensure all areas of the home are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Follow a checklist to ensure all client requests are fulfilled.
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products provided by the company.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients.
- Report any issues or damages to management promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- A valid driver's license and reliable car are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
