We are seeking an AMAZING cleaner to join our team.

Available for an immediate start, with up to 35 hours a week evening with some

day work.

About us:
ALNEA CLEANING SERVICES (Established in 1996), a small family run company

which operates on the north side of Brisbane, specializing in Commercial

Cleaning, Childcare Centre’s, Office Buildings and Suburban Offices.

The Successful applicant will need to be reliable, punctual, enthusiastic and able

to work autonomously under instruction of our Site Supervisor. As well as meet

other staff on sites.

To be the successful applicant you must:

- Have your own reliable vehicle to get to multiple sites each night.
- Must be punctual.
- Speak English at a level capable of understanding.
- Complete all jobs to best of your ability using our Quality control

procedures.

Experience in cleaning preferred (Training provided to our company

standard)
- Blue card and Police check required or willing to acquire same.
- Work as a team member to clean to our Company procedures list.
- High attention to detail.

Follow instructions of Site Supervisor to attain our Company standard quality

cleans.

Commercial cleaning duties required including vacuuming, mopping, floor

buffing, disinfecting, cleaning of toilets and showers, window cleaning, dusting

and rubbish collection.

Ability to follow work specifications sheet.
